I decided to puchase the resources pack and also the Happy Hysterectomy book for my Kindle, they are so full of information, advice and tips, I have now done all my research purchased abdominal support belts, supplements vitamins and the recommended Bridget Jones knickers!! I do not have a date for my op yet but feel I am prepared for any eventuality it may throw at me and am hoping for a speedy recovery thanks to all the tips from the pack and the book.

Unfortunately I can only give this a 1 star, as the download link expired before I could take a look at it. And not being in the best of health at the time, I didn’t look at your email until too late. There didn’t appear to be a way of reactivating the link, so gave up. I am sure it would have been helpful, but am not sure why you have such a short expiry time!

Downloaded this resources pack when I joined last week and I am glad I did. I have been gathering as much information as possible in readiness for my hysterectomy and I am glad to say it’s slowly all coming together as to what to expect from such a major operation but hopefully it will give me back a healthier and pain free life.
